The problem started when, during printing, we removed a USB memory connected to the pc, at that moment it stopped printing, the carriage went to the start position, turned off and started again

From that moment every time we try to print ... it starts and during printing it is canceled, the carriage returns to its place and the machine turns off and then turns on

When checking the error code it says 02 CR MOTOR DRIVE ERROR
